The History Mystery #26

These photographs are from Dorothy Philp’s 1920s photo album. Dorothy is from the Raymond Area but there was not a notation about where this bridge is in our area. We would love to know where this was or is located and over what body of water. The date is 1925. Thank you!

Follow-Up on History Mystery #25

Thanks goes to those who commented on this History Mystery. Julie Doyle said: The posts look like they have arrows pointing to different distant mountains. There is a viewing platform there now with the same sort of view finder. This confirms the statement from Bob McKee that the posts point to different peaks. There were two different comments about the car and we are trying to determine which is correct.

*looks like the Rainbow Bridge Raymond to

Bailey Flat Rd. The old bridge was replaced after a flood.
