OAKHURST — Ready for some old-time, good-feelin’ rock ‘n roll? Shake! the Musical opens at the Golden Chain Theatre on Friday, Apr. 1 and runs through Apr. 17.
Billed as a “high energy original musical” by the team that brought Tin Pan Alley to town — James Mierkey and Jennifer Piccolotti — Shake! is family friendly fun, rated G for go and take the kids.
“College life in 1964 will never be the same for a group of students who must learn how to accept differences in others,” explain producers, “and how to come together to fight for what they believe in.
