Reflect And Relax During 'Quiet Day' At ECCO

OAKHURST – The 19th annual Quiet Day is Oct. 10, at the Evergreen Conference Center (ECCO).

Quiet Day is a non-denominational, one day retreat offering the opportunity to reflect, refresh, and relax amidst the serene beauty of the Sierra at the Evergreen Conference Center (ECCO).This year’s speaker is the Rev. John-David Schofield, Bishop in Residence of the Diocese of San Joaquin, will center his talk on “The Inner Core of the Spiritual Life.”

Registration and a continental breakfast start at 8:30 a.m. with the program starting at 9 a.m. and concluding at 3 p.m. Lunch will be prepared and served by ECCO. The day-long retreat is offered for an $18 donation, two meals included.

“Joyful and uplifting” music is planned during interludes by Janice Britton of Secrets Unsealed Ministry in Fresno, accompanied by Karen Shelton.
