The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) announces that closures will be in effect for the next four to six weeks on State Route 99 as construction crews work to improve highway infrastructure in these areas.

Northbound and southbound on-ramps and off-ramps for the following roads will be intermittently closed between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.:

  • 4th Street (Exit 154)
  • Cleveland Ave (Exit 155)
  • Avenue 16 (Exit 156)
  • Avenue 17 (Exit 157)
  • Avenue 26 (Exit 170)

Caltrans construction workers remind you to drive with extra care and allow additional travel time while traveling in the maintenance area. Please be alert for Road Construction Personnel and “Slow for the Cone Zone.”
