OAKHURST – Over 100 photos of dogs, cats, pets of all kinds and their humans, were submitted for the annual Pet Photo Contest sponsored by the Oakhurst Mountain Lions.
Winners were announced at Responsible Dog Owner Day, Saturday, Sept. 29, at Oakhurst Feed & Pet Supply.Therapy Dogs from the foothill area were on hand, and doggie and people ice cream was enjoyed by all.
Members of Oakhurst Mountain Lions presented prizes to the winners, and all proceeds go to the Lions Project Canine Companions for Independence. www.lpcci.com.
