O’s Badger Sports Bulletin: Spring Break Week

On Tuesday, Mar. 15 the Yosemite boys Golf at Kingsburg defeated Kingsburg in a close match, while the co-ed swim team competed well against Hoover High and had many personal bests. Yosemite boys tennis team is off to a strong start with their victory against Chowchilla at home. Girls Varsity softball also won their first game of the season against Livingston.

Wednesday, Mar. 16 the boys Golf team won their second NSL meet at Dragonfly. Boys Varsity Baseball against Fresno Christian ended up with a loss for the Badgers.

DSC_5728Thursday, Mar. 17, boys Tennis won again, this time against Liberty High, and went to 2-0 in league. In co-ed Swimming the boys won by a landslide, but the girls team lost against Reedley at the Badger Aquatics Facility. Varsity/JV Baseball lost a close game against Liberty High School at Badger Field.

Friday, Mar. 18, freshman and sophomore track ran at Buchanan and Varsity softball played at Riverbank.

DSC_5746During spring break, the Track team will be at Sanger on Tuesday, Mar. 22, and the boys Varsity baseball team will be playing in the Ron Robison Tournament.

The baseball team will play on Saturday, Mar. 19, as well as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Mar. 21 – 23. The girls Varsity softball team will also be traveling to Jackson on Thursday, Mar. 24 and Friday, 25, to play in a tournament.
