Oakhurst Library Summer Reading Program

OAKHURST – The Summer Reading Program at the Oakhurst Library allows kids to “Read to the Rhythm” every Wednesday starting June 17.

Kids ages 4 to 4th Grade can join in the fun from 10 to 11 a.m., followed by the 5th through 12th graders at 11:30 a.m.

The young kids will be entertained, along with the experiencing the joy of reading, through programs such as Multicultural Music from Around the World, Rhythm of Words, Mr. Bubble Man, Carnival of Animals, and Music with a Kiddie Beat.

The Teen Program will feature such varied activities as Steam Punk Music, the Art of Puppets, and Pizza and Line Dancing.

There will be a Finale Party for everyone on July 29.
