NORTH FORK – The North Fork Chamber of Commerce is holding a Summer Supper and Ice Cream Social at the Lyn-Mar Pond Guest Ranch on Saturday, Sept. 6, from 6 to 9 p.m., and the public is invited.
DC Entertainment will provide the sound track with music from the 50s and 60s.
Guests will enjoy sandwiches and side salads, iced tea and lemonade, and ice cream cones and sundaes.
Admission is just $15, and $10 for kids under 10 and North Fork Visitors Center Volunteers and paid Chamber members. Tickets will be available at the door.
Everyone is invited to join the after-party at the Buckhorn Saloon.
To find the Lyn-Mar Pond Guest Ranch, take Road 225 (toward Mammoth Pool) east about five miles, go past the Indian Creek Trailer Park (where the road turns down to Redinger Lake), and continue about 1/2 mile farther. It’s just across the cattle guard on the right, look for the sign.
