Missing Hiker In Yosemite, Officials Seek Public’s Help

YOSEMITE – Yosemite National Park officials are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing hiker in the park.

James Michael Millet, Jr.James Michael Millet, Jr., planned a day hike to Upper Yosemite Fall on Tuesday, Aug. 11, and has not returned to his vehicle. Michael is a 39-year-old male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

If you were in the area of North Dome or Upper Yosemite Fall between Aug. 11 and 15, or if you have have information about James Michael Millet, Jr. please call the Yosemite National Park Emergency Communications Center at 209-379-1992.
