COARSEGOLD – Connect with local businesses and community members by attending the Coarsegold Business Expo, happening at the Village on Saturday, Apr. 21. The Expo runs from noon to 4 p.m. and is sponsored by the Coarsegold Chamber of Commerce.
Members and others may look forward to a relaxed and informative environment for making new contacts and running into old friends. It’s free for Chamber members to participate and community members may attend at no charge, as well. Attendees can look forward to a chance for prizes, live music, a wine bar and food vendors .
The event brings businesses to the Village for a fun afternoon meet-and-greet, so business owners can get to know their neighbors and draw in potential customers, as well. “Get Connected” is the motto for the Expo, where speed networking is just one of the fun options for the day. Booths are free for chamber members. Non-members who wish to represent a home business or other professional service may also participate for a fee.
Organizers say attendance is benefical for all businesses who want to reach out to other business owners and possible clientele, to let people know exactly what they have to offer, especially for home-based businesses and other small operations.
