Zen 101: Learn to Meditate is a class for anyone who is interested in learning meditation or is just curious about Zen. The class will be taught by Mary-Allen Macneil, a Zen priest in the lineage of Shunryu Suzuki Roshi, the founder of San Francisco Zen Center. It will cover history of Zen Buddhism, meditation instruction, and mindfulness practice. Tea and snacks will be served. Suggested donation: $10, but not required.
