SPRING SOUP AND SALAD LUNCHEON IS MARCH 15TH, 2018.
OAKHURST — Women of Soroptimist International of The Sierras invite the community to their Spring Soup & Salad Luncheon Fundraiser Event.
All are welcome to join us for our luncheon which includes a salad bar with fresh green salad & toppings, fresh fruit, a variety of veggie, pasta and potato salads, two variety of soups and toppings, ice tea and coffee choices, and the Soroptimist famous homemade lemon cake for dessert!!
This year the event is set for Thursday, March. 15. The feast and festivities will take place from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Oakhurst Community Center.
Tickets are $15 each and may be purchased from any Soroptimist member, at the door or online 24/7 https://2018springsoroptimist.eventbrite.com/
Take-out is also being offered and may be picked up at the Oakhurst Community Center.
One of the day’s highlights is an abundant raffle items, featuring items generously donated by individuals and businesses in our community as well as Disneyland tickets, San Francisco Pier 39 tickets and Gilroy Gardens tickets! The raffle will begin promptly at 1 p.m. and one does not need to be present to win.
Soroptimist International of The Sierras has two fundraising events each year for the organization. Proceeds benefit Soroptimist Scholarships for High School and College Students (Live Your Dream College Grants for Women), Dream It Be It Girls Conference as well as other community projects throughout the year.

Soroptimist International of The Sierras is a local service club and part of Soroptimist International of the Americas (Soroptimist.org). Soroptimist improves the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment. Soroptimist, a 501(c)(3) organization that relies on charitable donations to support its two major programs including ‘Dream It Be It’ Career Conference and ‘Live Your Dream’ College Grants for women.
