Qigong, an ancient Chinese healthcare practice, can be described as a moving meditation to balance body, mind, and spirit. Qigong offers improved flexibility and balance, reduced depression and anxiety, and increased energy.
A 4-day Qigong Workshop is offered by Cynthia Eaton, a Bay Area Qigong Instructor who has taught Qigong at Kaiser Permanente since 1999 and in Oakhurst since 2014.

The Oakhurst Qigong Practice Group meets Monday and Tuesday, 10:30—11:30 AM at the Sierra Senior Center; no experience is necessary to attend, no fee (donation as able to the Center accepted)
