Children's Museum Offers Spanish Class

OAKHURST – The Children’s Museum of the Sierra has announced a new program of Spanish classes for children of all ages, and it’s muy bien.

The first class is Saturday, Nov. 1 at 10:30 a.m., and is available thanks to two Yosemite High School senior students who are teaching the program in order to help out the community through their affiliation with the California Scholarship Federation (CSF).

Rebecca Urbano and Jonathan Wharton are leading the Spanish class beginning Saturday. Classes will last about thirty minutes are free with admission or membership to the Museum, according to CMOS volunteer and board member, Nancy Bednar. Children’s Museum of the Sierra is located at 49269 Golden Oak Drive in Oakhurst. For more information call (559) 658-5656.
