MARIPOSA — Castillo’s Mexican Restaurant is open for business after incurring some damage when a car hit the front of the building last night at about 5:30 p.m.
Owner Holly Ericson would like to thank the local fire department, Sheriff’s Office and CHP for “their superb assistance with this matter.”
“Thank you to many locals in this community for their help and Randy Brower Construction for his immediate help with needed repairs. Tragic events bring a small community together,” says Holly.
“We are open as normal and so thankful for those in our community for helping out others in need.”
Two people standing outside were injured in the accident, and we have no further information on their condition.
