OAKHURST – The candidates running for Madera County Sheriff and District Attorney will participate in a debate on Thursday, Apr. 17 at 6 p.m. at the Oakhurst Community Center.
Each candidate will be allowed two minutes for opening remarks, then will respond to questions submitted by the public and by a group of reporters.
Past Chamber president Greg Chappel will moderate the evening’s event. Doors open at 5:30 and everyone is invited to come out and learn more about who will be on the ballot in June for these two important offices.
