Broken Bit Website For Retail Tenants

COARSEGOLD – Pavilion Properties announces the launch of a new website for their Broken Bit retail complex.

Developed by social networking firm Local Social in cooperation with Moss Web Works, the site was created to attract tenants to the complex located in Coarsegold on the road to Yosemite National Park.

The website covers the history of Broken Bit, along with architect’s renderings and development plans for the future of the site. The Broken Bit was built in 1952, and was originally a Bavarian lodge named “The Bit O’ Bavaria.”

Broken Bit was purchased by Pavilion Properties in 2014. Sitting on 53 acres, the property has the potential to host many varieties of retail establishments, in addition to an anchor restaurant.

Interested parties may visit the website at www.TheBrokenBit.com.
