Assistant D.A. Angela Hill Receives Patriot Award

MADERA – Madera County Assistant District Attorney, Angela J. Hill, will be awarded the Patriot Award today at noon, from the United States Department of Defense, Office of Employers in Support of the Guard and Reserve.

The Patriot Award is a selective award given to supervisors who show extraordinary support of employees participating in reserve service.

The award will be presented at the Historic Madera Courthouse by Colonel Jack Davidson, U.S. Army (ret.), on behalf of the Department of Defense of the United States of America.

“I am extremely proud of Ms. Hill’s efforts in assisting the District Attorney’s Office’s employees, who are part of the National Guard and Reserve [Weekend Warriors], and the veterans serving in the D.A.’s Office,” said District Attorney David Linn, a retired United States Navy Commander.
